My Story
I know what it’s like to be a busy rider trying to juggle life, fitness, and performance—because I’ve lived it.
My journey started as a jockey, where I experienced first-hand the demands, pressure, and sacrifices of the sport. In my early years, I didn’t always get it right. I struggled with confidence, underfueling, and not fully understanding how much nutrition and strength impacted performance.
There were times I wished I had someone guiding me—someone who truly understood the sport and lifestyle.
But those challenges became the foundation of everything I do today.
After my riding career, I retrained as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, working alongside leading athletes and coaches in the fitness industry. Over time, I developed specialist expertise in rider fitness, hybrid training, performance nutrition, and sustainable fat loss—all focused on helping riders perform at their best in and out of the saddle.
